Makiko Yoshida

Makiko Yoshida was born in Hokkaido, Japan in 1980. She graduated from the design department of Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music in 2003. Growing up in rural Hokkaido developed her senses to relate to peoples feelings more strongly and it is a trait that she appreciates. Her special ability is that she can easily remember peoples faces - but she has trouble remembering names! Ms Yoshida now lives near Tokyo in Kanagawa Prefecture where she is close enough to the city to work yet still stay in touch with nature which has been such a strong force in her life.
