Korban Flaubert

Korban/Flaubert work across design and sculpture, exploring concepts surrounding energy and motion in their Sydney workshop. They develop and produce furniture, and site specific sculptures. The ductility and lustre of metal are central to the development of Korban/Flauberts forms. Their fascination with metal and its manipulation in the workshop leads to objects and sculpture with a sense of fluidity and contained energy. They have exhibited internationally and are represented in museum collections in Australia, the U.S and Germany.
